Endometriosis is a condition characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue in ectopic sites. Cutaneous endometriosis represents less than 1% of all the cases of extra-genital endometriosis; the umbilicus is affected in up to 40% of the cases of cutaneous endometriosis. We described two atypical cases of cutaneous umbilical endometriosis in patients without history of endometriosis in other anatomical districts.
