Extended excavations in the Epigravettian deposits of Riparo Tagliente which were carried out in the last decades in the external area of the shelter have allowed the presence of large accumulations mainly composed of lithic by-products to be identified. In order to investigate the formation dynamics and the functional meaning of one of this accumulations (Stratigraphic unit 11) an integrated analysis with G.I.S systems of technological, functional, palaeoeconomical and spatial was carried out.
