Abstract
We are facing a deep process of transformation in which it is necessary to reconfigure the system of relationships that govern our actions as individuals and collectivities. We need to change the rules of the game. Starting over from fragilities and communities listening to redevelop places and memories, having the courage to invest in new ways of designing with innovative technological solutions from an interdisciplinary perspective, using contemporary languages, will be the guidelines of a regenerative design for those buildings, neighborhoods, or portions of the city that are obsolete and no longer adequate. Reconsideration of the relationship of building in harmony with natural ecosystems, remodeling of the relationships between domestic spaces and public places, mobility and productive systems for healthy, safe and regenerated cities: all that implies thinking of buildings and public spaces which are not to be considered as goods anymore, but as services, in order to learn to "do with" what we have at our disposal. A service for people, a service for the planet. Dwelling as a service means that the user does not buy a good but a service: the responsibility remains with the builder who gives up the required service. Living, moreover, is interpreted as a "service" that can change according to users' needs.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
