The volume collects 12 essays of scientific presentation - the work of Italian and American authors - about the 4 operas (I due Foscari, Aida, Luisa Miller, Nabucco) in the playbill of the Verdi Festival 2018, which will take place in Parma in September-October 2019. The editor worked in the commission and in the drafting of the contibutions, but also in the graphic design of the volume (the second of a series, with outputs on an annual basis)
