The aim of this study was to show differences in the values of cephalometric measurements between a digital cephalogram and the original radiograph. A total of 15 dentists performed the cephalometric analisys in a traditional manner and then by a software program for cephalometric analysis (OrisCeph). The Authors found statistically significant differences in 3 out of 13 measurements between original radiographs and their digitized counterparts. They also found that OrisCeph can reduce the time needed for the analysis.
