JEM-X is the X-ray monitor for the INTEGRAL satellite. It devoted to observation of celestial X-ray sources in the 3-60 KeV energy band simultaneously with the main gamma-ray instruments on board, IBIS and SPI. JEM-X will provide imaging of sky flields 9.1 deg wide and will permit spectral and temporal studies of the sources inside these fields. In order to obtai unbiased sky images and source photon spectra, particular care will be devoted to the telescope on ground and on board calibration. A thorough calibration will be performed on the ground, making use of optical and monochromatic X-ray beams, to verify instrument imaging and spectral capabilities. Two on-board calibrators are also forseen for JEM-X in order to monitor the instrument gain, its energy resolution and detection efficiency. In this report we will provide details of the calibration design

Abstract
In this report we will provide details of the calibration designI documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
