A series of 1,2,3-triazolo[5,4-e]1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives (3a-g; 4-6), containing aralkyl chains on N7 and N8 positions, were synthesized and tested as antagonists in receptor binding and in vitro functional assays to evaluate their potency for A(2A) compared with A1 adenosine receptors.
