On the contrary sulmazole counteracted the inhibitory effect of D-Ala2-Met-enkephalinamide both on cyclic AMP formation and acetylcholine release. Moreover sulmazole eliminated the supra-additive effect of the combination of prostaglandin + opiate on cyclic AMP synthesis. Abstract
