Abstract
By applying the model proposed and discussed in the companion paper (Caputo & Santarato, this volume), numerous calculations have been performed for better understanding the role played by single mechanical and ‘geological’ parameters and the possible mutual influence. j/f ratios have been also estimated from natural examples of faulted and jointed rocks. The observed values are in good agreement with those obtained from the numerical simulations. Possible further applications of the model and the use of the program are also discussedFile in questo prodotto:
