This paper develops some research results cultural heritage evaluation, specifically finalized to enlarge the competitiveness of urban and territorial contexts. The interest, in this case, is focused to cultural festivals which represent an emerging phenomenon. In particular, the case study of Literature Festival in Mantova will be analyzed and discussed, in terms of territorial effects, the strength and weakness points.
