This article describes the case of a 79-year-old female who presented a radiolucent multiloculated lesion in the lower premolar area. Microscopic analysis of the portion collected during the surgical biopsy resulted in a diagnosis of “botryoid odontogenic cyst”. This paper documents the diagnosis and treatment of this lesion.
