This Matlab package performs the reconstruction of sequences of Functional Magnetic Resonance images (fMRI) with the Generalized Reconstruction Series (RIGR) approach. It has been developed in the context of the Italian M.U.R.S.T. project "Numerical Analysis: Methods and Mathematical Software". A suitable graphics user interface is provided to explore the reconstricted sequence images. Different regularization methods are available for selection. Additional reconstruction methods can be embedded in the toolbox by the user; the different results can thus be visually inpected and compared. The toolbox is freely available at http://dm.unife.it/mritool.
