Intravenous tachykinins (mammalian and non-mammalian) induced vascular permeability in the rat lower urinary tract. Effects of SP were unaffacted by antihistamine drugs or methysergide. Selective receptor agonists indicated that NK1 receptors mediate the effects of tachykinins on vascular permeability, through a histamine-independent mechanism.

Abstract
Intravenous tachykinins (mammalian and non-mammalian) induced vascular permeability in the rat lower urinary tract. Effects of SP were unaffacted by antihistamine drugs or methysergide. Selective receptor agonists indicated that NK1 receptors mediate the effects of tachykinins on vascular permeability, through a histamine-independent mechanism.File in questo prodotto:
