The difficulties expressed by the Regional Health Service during the pandemic have led to the provision, within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, of an important transformation and homogenisation of the organizational models of Primary Care, focusing on the active involvement of the community. The transformation imagined by the NRRP would represent a great opportunity to overcome some structural problems of our healthcare organization, but its implementation requires a strong coordination between all levels of government involved and could be called into question by the requests of a differentiated autonomy posed by some Regions also in the field of healthcare.

Abstract
The difficulties expressed by the Regional Health Service during the pandemic have led to the provision, within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, of an important transformation and homogenisation of the organizational models of Primary Care, focusing on the active involvement of the community. The transformation imagined by the NRRP would represent a great opportunity to overcome some structural problems of our healthcare organization, but its implementation requires a strong coordination between all levels of government involved and could be called into question by the requests of a differentiated autonomy posed by some Regions also in the field of healthcare.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
