The analysis considers the interplay of internal conditions, constraints, capabili- ties, goals, and external factors in shaping China’s external economic projection. The pa- per categorizes China’s external economic projection into three distinct phases based on the evolving internal and external conditions. The paper underscores China’s new goals, diverse instruments, and changing world dynamics.
