The construction sector in Italy appears to be trailing behind Europe in adopting Circular Economy practices, and there is a need to catch up. Accelerating this diffusion becomes a pressing question. Understanding this phenomenon is crucial, as it is the analysis of limiting factors, strategies, and operational methodologies already tested in Italy and abroad. The practices of Design for Disassembly (DforD) and Design from Disassembly (DfromD) represent two extremes of interesting design processes to consider. The increasingly relevant and stringent regulatory aspects are examined to provide technicians and industry professionals with some useful information for dealing with the directions that regulations and implementation processes are gradually introducing in the construction market.

Abstract
Finally, some reflections are dedicated to the training of various stakeholders in the construction process and the enhancement of their awareness of the adoption of concrete Circular Economy practices in the construction market.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
