An automatic machine comprises a production line along which a number of materials is fed and treated to manufacture a product and comprises a plurality of operative members interacting with said materials and/or said final product and which comprise electric and/or electronic components distributed along the production line. A control system of an automatic machine comprises control means (1) of the operation of the automatic machine, which can store and/or process a set of management data and of functionalities of the electric/electronic components and/or of the automatic machine and which comprise data exchange means (2). The control system further comprises communication means, by means of which the control means (1), exclusively through the data exchange means (2), allow access to the management data and/or to the functionalities and/or allow notification of events deriving from the operation of the automatic machine and relating to the management data and/or the functionalities. A user visualization graphic interface which is connectable to the control means through the communication means is provided for providing access to and/or receiving notifications from, the management data and/or the functionalities. The control system comprises a web server (7) comprising web data exchange means (8) that is connectable to the data exchange means (2) of the control means (1) through the communication means, and the graphic interface is of the web type, visualizable as a set of pages in a web browser for an interaction with a user or through a dedicated application, a so-called "app" or "web app", is connectable to the web server (7) and is suitable for accessing and/or receiving notifications from, the management data and/or the functionalities of the control means (1) through the web data exchange means (8) of the web server (7).
