Alle Sezioni Unite la questione sul giudice al quale va rinviata la causa per mancata nomina del curatore speciale

Awaiting the decision of the Joint Chambers of the Supreme Court of Cassation on the effects of the non-appointment of the special curator with regard to the remittal of the case to the court of first instance or the renewal of the acts of the proceedings. The purpose of this work is to examine the most significant aspects that could be assessed in order to arrive at a solution to the question submitted to the Court.

In attesa della pronuncia delle Sezioni Unite sul tema degli effetti della mancata nomina del curatore speciale in ordine alla rimessione della causa al primo giudice ovvero alla rinnovazione degli atti. Il lavoro si propone di esaminare gli aspetti più significativi che potrebbero essere valutati per arrivare alla soluzione della questione sottoposta.
