The report is the result of an analysis mission conducted by the author for Europan France between 2017 and 2018, consisting in the observation of the international jury process, the interviewing of involved experts and city representatives and the redaction of a critical understanding of jury proccesses as well as the redaction of innovative guidelines for the amelioration of the Europan Europe initiative, understood as a collective institutionalized process of design, research and dissemination.
