Abstract

The experience that emerges from the research - concerning the post-earthquake reconstruction processes of the historic centers of the Emilia 2012 and Marche 2016 municipalities - is characterized by significant specificities connected to the characteristics of the destructive event, the legislative interventions adopted, and the model chosen for the reconstruction. The theme is to draw from the most significant planning practices recently experimented in different territorial contexts, the guidelines for the definition of new forms of sustainable planning in terms of administrative action and therefore of new territorial governance processes.
