The ALPI linac will be used in the SPES facility for acceleration and re-acceleration of the radioactive beam of interest. The ALPI linac in Legnaro National Laboratories is in an upgrade stage in order to fit the SPES facility requirements. One of the main scenarios of the upgrade is implementation of two cryostats in high-β section of the linac. Development and modification of the Nb/Cu sputtering technology for production of the high-β QWR cavities and plates has been performed for several years in INFN LNL. The latest results of the cavities and plates niobium deposition will be described in this paper.
