Cerebral blood flow in pediatric patients suffering from different types of migraine is analyzed by SPECT with 99mTc HM-PAO, during the pain free intervals. The results indicate that such studies may give further information toward the understanding of common and classic forms of migraine and the difference in the CBF patterns of these forms support the hypothesis of a possible different pathogenesis.
