Aneurismatic Bone Cyst is a benign lesion most frequently localized in the long bones. Localization in facial skeleton is very rare. The Authors report a case of large Aneurismatic Bone Cyst localized in the maxilla. The removal of the lesion was performed through a Le Fort I. Eight years after surgery the patient is doing well with satisfactory morphologic and functional results.
