This study contains a rebuilt of the stemma codicum of the roman family of Herodotus ' manuscripts: in particular, a detailed paleographic, codicological and philological analysis of Vat. gr. 2369 and and of its relations with the manuscripts of the same family. In the first part, moreover, scholia on the Herodotus' text, only partially known, have been published.
