This paper describes the principles and the ideas behind the Internet voting system designed by LepidaSpA. The system is dedicated to Public Administrations and it was first implemented for a referendum scenario. Afterwards LepidaSpa developed a new version of the Internet Voting System in order to meet the complex requirements of the elections made by a LepidaSpA shareholder: the Land Reclamation Authority in Italian Emilia-Romagna region. In order to provide security and anonymity of votes operations, the system exploits three fundamentals ideas: the system entities must be completely inde- pendent and separate from each other; the use of asymmetric key cryptography and the use of the token strategy. Furthermore, we focus the attention on the the key concepts of our implementation.

Abstract
Furthermore, we focus the attention on the the key concepts of our implementation.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
