A 4-month-old male chinese infant was found unresponsive during a nap in parent's bed in a prone position. The baby was quickly taken in Emergency Unit but he was already dead. Body was cold and rigid, hypostasis were present at the back-sacred and scrotum. Decubitus were visible on his forehead and lower limbs. Parents explained that two hours before the death, the child was sleeping on a plastic and bamboo matting and he frequently slept in prone position.
