This book summarizes a long process of reflection in cooperation with Tetovo commune, aiming the development of potential scenarios for urban and territorial development of Tetovo. This is neither a Utopian vision, nor a technical project, but a development vision that positions Tetovo, the second biggest city in Macedonia, in the universe of interrelationships from where will generate the infinite of unexplored opportunities.
