Why should it be useful and important to study the history of the fight against terrorism from a comparative and transnational perspective? Faced with new phenomena, widespread on an international level and characterized by clear affinities, the institutions of the various countries of the world rellied on the wealth of knowledge gained from the foreign experiences, Especially the pioneer-countries for fighting against political terrorism. It is built through the interweaving of dense network of personal and informal relationships. In other words, it was configured as an incessant stream of knowledges between groups of people who shared the same objective, regardies of their country of origin.
