Abstract
Digital technologies integration for the ‘procedural’ management and for ‘product’ innovation represents today the main driver for the development of the building sector, for competitiveness of both building products and services and as competences updating for new professional profiles. The advantages offered by the progressive diffusion of the BIM methodologies also owe their effectiveness to an efficient politics of certified specializing training of the operators/beneficiaries and to the pragmatic approach and continuous reverberation of feedback from experiences coming from different application sceneries. The design practice on the existing building stock represents an elective case of application of these immaterial assets for its capacity both to anticipate project decisions and to increase the project quality in view of a combined process of shared and effective interoperability of certain data and simulated virtual multi-dimensional models. Here is presented the experience of the Master (II Level) titled “eBIM existing building information modeling for the intervention management on the existing building stock” which can be considered as privileged observatory of these vocational and educative training constantly evolving.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
