Abstract
The changes currently taking place are showing how the knowledge of reality and management throughout time of cognitive data prove to be fundamental for the project in all its stages and different aspects. The building marked as destined, without any real alternative option, to finally move its interests from making "anew" to a general recovery, a regeneration of the heritage and an aware restoration, of the urban fabrics as well as the territory. Therefore this contribution strives to highlight the importance of enhancing innovation and technological transfer, for the development of businesses in an even more competitive and difficult field. This shall be done by comparing study cases and communicative experimentation structured on an approach that examines the process analysis (between shape and technology), seen as a crucial passage to once again put the focus on the architectural and restoration project. Furthermore, following the seismic events of May 2012, the Emilia-Romagna region is currently involved in the problematic dimension of the earthquake emergency, which has also affected important provinces of neighbouring regions. An emergency which while on the one hand should be rapidly addressed by organizing and managing the reconstruction phases and support to the population, on the other should be transformed , with just as much communicative timeliness, in a serious of development processes proving the overall power of the regional system to propose new models and innovative procedures feasible for the building production chain.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
