Abstract
The widespread recourse to Cloud services has a considerable impact on the use and circulation of protected contents. Anonymization service providers as well as other Internet-Service-Providers are liable for their services provided online. They may incur liability, in particular, in case of copyright infringements, trademark violations and violations of general privacy rights. Insofar it needs to be assessed whether the same rules apply for Net-Service-Providers in the Cloud, irrespective of whether they are Access-Providers or Service-Providers in the Cloud. The purpose of this contribution is to investigate the issue of whether the existing regime of liability of Internet Service Providers applies to the Cloud and to discuss some related criticisms.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
