The topological and dynamical properties properties of magnetic skyrmions are presented in the presence of a spin-polarized perpendicular current. The topological mode dynamics is found theoretically according to the solution of the equation of motion. The results of analytical calculations are compared to the ones of micromagnetic simulations and the trend of the topological mode frequency as a function of the current density is described for different values of the Dzyaloshinkii-Moriya interaction.
