Aim of the experiment was the study of novel materials and schemes to improve the technology of crystal fabrication for manipulation of charged high-energy particle beams. On-beam experiment at the external lines of the SPS was an ideal test-bench to validate the innovations in crystal fabrication and a route to discover new effects with crystals. New schemes to improve further the fabrication process of the crystals has been experimented resulting in newly achieved crystals. Such crystals offer unprecedented deflection efficiency than previously used samples and would allow the discovery of new effects for manipulation of high energy charged particle beams.
