Il paradigma perduto dei giuslavoristi e la protezione sociale per i disoccupati in epoca di crisi economica

The Author tries a purely theoretical approach at the extremely actual theme of social protection for the unemployed. The attempt is that of finding the lost paradigm of the relationship between labour law and social security. On the basis of this paradigm the guidelines of an ideal system are outlined, as regards the crucial knots of how much social security, which kind of protection and how to finance it. In this ambit, questions such as the roles of active social security and income protection of the unemployed and the link between social protection and work are analysed.
