The paper describes the design of urban expansion of Vitinia, suburb of Rome. The project combines the principles of N.U. with the principles of the Garden City and carries out an experiment in urban shared with residents in the neighborhood. The project joins the preservation of the environmental aspect with the creation of an urban extension with urban blocks compact, dense and characterized by mixed use.
