These areas are characterized by marginal and promiscuous spaces that generate serious uneasiness and insecurity situation for the inhabitants. The consequence of this kind of unrestrained situation creates the basis for the emerging of illegal behaviour and micro criminality actions that generate an ill fame of the area and social uncomfortable conditions.
