79 sera from patients with urinary schistosomiasis and 35 sera from normal subjects have been examined for the presence of circulating immune complexes (CIC) by RAJI-ELISA. CIC were detected only in 68 (86%) patients with urinary schistosomiasis. The RAJI-ELISA has been shown to be a sensitive, specific and very easy method for detecting CIC.
