The housing emergency is a phenomenon that has influenced repetitively this area because of unpredictable events. Scopes of the work are first aid settlement structures that must be able to host those populations that are looking for first aid housing in emergency situations. The research aims to track through the historical experience, even recently in a territory subject to the transience of living, the importance of those housing solutions that allow both to welcome the victims of natural disasters and to became themselves the first hearth of new settlements. These Housing Solutions have no longer to be considered a remedy but represent an integrated system of solutions that, if appropriately designed, enable to coexist with the landscape and with the existing buildings. These energy independent systemic solutions must be able to satisfy both the inhabitants and the entities involved in first aid. Project C.A.S.E. has been considered as case study, highlighting the critical elements that occur when a temporary situation takes a connotation of a settlement that due to its technological and typological aspects can no longer be considered as temporary.

Abstract
Project C.A.S.E. has been considered as case study, highlighting the critical elements that occur when a temporary situation takes a connotation of a settlement that due to its technological and typological aspects can no longer be considered as temporary.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
