The aim of the present study was to investigate how Bio-Oss can induce osteoblast differentiation in adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) by analyzing the expression levels of bone related genes and mesenchymal stem cells ADSCs were isolated by enzymatic digestion and centrifugation of adipose tissue and treated with Bio-Oss for 15 and 30 days. Gene expression analysis was performed by using Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction. Our results showed that Bio-Oss is conducive to osteoblast and osteoclast, by activating bone related genes as SPP1, FOSL1, RUNX2, COL1A1 and SP7.

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to investigate how Bio-Oss can induce osteoblast differentiation in adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) by analyzing the expression levels of bone related genes and mesenchymal stem cells ADSCs were isolated by enzymatic digestion and centrifugation of adipose tissue and treated with Bio-Oss for 15 and 30 days. Gene expression analysis was performed by using Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction. Our results showed that Bio-Oss is conducive to osteoblast and osteoclast, by activating bone related genes as SPP1, FOSL1, RUNX2, COL1A1 and SP7.File in questo prodotto:
