The Conference will be the 8th of a series of events on Nuclear Physics at Storage Rings. It has been organized by the Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati of Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare at their own site. The meeting has taken place from Sunday, October 9, 2011 to Friday, October 14, 2011. The aim of the conference is to create a forum for the presentation and discussion of all aspects of nuclear physics at storage rings with possible extention to adjacent fields.
