The analysis of the case study regard the S.Eusebio district and in particular the Palazzone building that is the most important building of the area. The area presents large green spaces but there is a serious lack of public services, commercial areas and facilities. The Palazzone forms a “C” shape and surrounds a large open courtyard which is marked off on three sides by a trench that allows access to the underground car parking.
