Abstract
The paper analises the evolutionary processes that have affected local production systems composed of many small economic units gravitating around leading firms. From a theoretical point of view, we analyse the topology of networks of firms operating in specific production systems. From an empirical point of view, we examine three local production systems in Tuscany, all in the fashion sector, and we provide insights on the effects of the development of business relationships between SME clusters and large firms.File in questo prodotto:
