The report aims at presenting some activities about the teaching of geometry - from primary school to the second degree of secondary school - by discussing the advantages of the use of material models, of new technologies - and so of dynamic visualization - in the exploration of some properties of geometrical figures. The activities that are mentioned strictly refer to the curriculum of mathematics proposed by a Commission appointed by UMI - Italian Mathematical Union in the years 2000-2004.
