Abstract

One of the main applications of metal oxide gas sensors is the environmental monitoring of urban and industrial areas, where the pollution level can become dangerously high. In this frame, room temperature plays a fundamental role, since it influences significantly the sensor signal. This work aims at measuring room temperature induced conductance variation, and to suggest a theoretical model to account for that.
