Abstract
Nineties reforms of health care systems brought to a new public governance model in many western European countries. As complex organizations (Abernethy & Brownell, 1999: 2), health care organizations are required to define a special strategy to manage relationships with the actors and among the actors. Furthermore, transferring knowledge to the health care sector actors will affect the organizations’ accountability and responsibility level (Eneroth & Malm, 2001). The paper aims at investigating the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the health care sector and at analyzing the ICT use in Italian experience.File in questo prodotto:
