Rigenerazione e recupero urbano. Città d’opera e d’acqua, area dell’ex merlettificio Türck di Pinerolo

The project aims to overcome the marginalization of the area of the former Türck manufacture in Pinerolo, by defining a new urban polarity, able to operate as an urban centre of attraction both for city inhabitants and for regional surrounding citizens. The project aims to harmoniously combine the two major vocations of the area: agricultural and urban, making a vital connection between the city centre and the river. The continuity between the residential district with the river and the intensification of the urban character of the area are the main objectives of the project.

Il progetto si propone di superare la natura marginale dell’area dell’ex merlettificio Türck di Pinerolo, per definire una nuova polarità urbana che funga da polo attrattore sia per gli abitanti della città che per quelli del territorio circostante.
