Mammary Paget’s disease (MPD) is characterized by an eczematous eruption of the nipple and areola; it represents an uncommon presentation of an underlying breast carcinoma due to intraductal spread of neoplastic cells, called Paget cells. Pigmented mammary Paget’s disease (PMPD) is a rare subtype of MPD with variable clinical, dermoscopic and histological aspects. A case of PMPD occurring in a man is described. A review of clinical, dermoscopic and histological features of the cases of PMPD reported in the literature is also included.
