Plasma cell balanitis (PCB) or Zoon’s balanitis is a benign, uncommon chronic inflammatory disease of the glans penis and prepuce. dermoscopy shows peculiar aspects useful for the diagnosis. Our observation represents an initial indication that dermoscopy may help in differential diagnosis and in assessing treatment outcome of PCB. Further studies evaluating sensitivity and specificity of dermo- scopic features of clinically and histologically conformed PCB are needed
