Abstract
At the beginning of 2011, in Italy, women movements unexpectedly received mass medias’ consideration and could finally draw attention to a set of issues concerning women status and social conditions. Such issues have always been at the centre of feminist debates in Italy, but they had been ignored by public discourse for a long time. This article is a reflection spontaneously originating in these recent developments. A group of women researchers teaching in Italian universities and activists working in Italian ngos tries to offer here some starting points not only for speculation, but also for political action and hopes for a new approach to gender issues in Italian universities.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
