The global crisis, defined as a turning point in a serious economically and politically illness, that in- cludes the subprime speculation, the Meddle-east revolutions, the European estates bankrupt and sev- eral other big changes in our culture demands a sudden change for better or worse, a strategy of soft rev- olution, a paradoxical rigid grid of international rules fixed in the most liberal society we had since the period of pirates’ hegemony in international waters. The relationship between teaching and learning takes place in this territory of crisis. It is possible to define the boundaries of this territory understanding the object of the clash. This clash is called design and is not just a precise type of thing but it is a way of thinking, an attitude, as well as the result of a scientific process.
